CPA marketing can be your key to generate a handsome online income. It is a little bit tougher to get started in CPA marketing than in traditional affiliate marketing but it is well worth the effort. In CPA marketing you can make money without someone making a purchase. And this means that the conversion rates will be much higher than in traditional affiliate marketing.

The first step is to get accepted by a couple of CPA networks. Many CPA networks are easy to join but some CPA networks are more selective. As long as you have some experience of Internet marketing, you will have no trouble getting accepted by a couple of CPA networks.

Note that all CPA networks have their own terms and conditions which you must follow. And every CPA offer has its own terms and conditions defining how it can be promoted. Fortunately, as a CPA affiliate you will get an affiliate manager who can answer your questions. If you are not sure if your webpage or ad conforms to the terms, ask your affiliate manager before you start your campaign.

The key to making money with CPA networks is your ability to drive traffic. If you can not drive traffic, you will not make any money regardless how good products you promote. The easiest way to make money is to have a website with thousands of visitors every day and just put a couple of suitable ads for CPA offers on your website. Unfortunately, few people own high volume websites. Most CPA affiliates have to pay for the traffic.

Although it is possible to make money by promoting CPA offers using PPC it is not the easy way to big money. Nowadays, most keywords on Google Adwords are too expensive. Added to that comes the fact that Google does not like pages with affiliate links. There are other PPC sites than Google and they are generally clearly cheaper but it’s still difficult to make good money using PPC.

A more promising way of making good money is to use CPM. Here you pay per impression, that is, every time your ad is displayed. CPM means cost per thousand (mille) impressions. So if the cost is $5 CPM, you pay $5 for 1000 impressions, this means your ad is shown to 1000 visitors. CPM is also called CPI, cost per impression.

CPM can be a goldmine, if you do it the right way. But it can also become a very expensive way of driving traffic if you do not target your traffic. Since you pay for impressions, it is essential that your ad is shown to people who are interested in your offer. Otherwise, you will get very little traffic but you still have to pay for every impression. The good news is that by placing your ads on websites that are visited by people who are interested in your offer you can get cheap traffic.

CPA Marketing: Where Millions Are Made

What is CPA?

CPA by definition is ” Online advertising payment model in which payment is based solely on qualifying actions such as sales or registrations.” Basically you get paid every time someone submits their e-mail address and name or orders a product.

When you look for information on CPA you’ll see other things like CPC or cost-per-click and CPM or cost-per-impression. The difference should be easy to see in CPA or cost-per-action you only get paid if you traffic does the action whether it’s enter an e-mail or a name and phone number. The other two have more to do with PPC or Pay-per-click.

Alright that was a lot of information fast I know but to give you the gist if want to get into CPA marketing you need to be able to do PPC or to have website to put offers on. The funny thing about CPC and CPM is that they are the things you’re going to have to pay for if you do advertising through PPC. PPC is the probably the best way to do CPA marketing because you get people that are looking for something that your affiliate offer is going to do for them.

How to get started in CPA?

Well if you’re going to start doing CPA you need to join a good CPA network that has a wide selection of offers and is good about paying affiliates what they earn. Some of the best CPA networks and the ones I use are AzoogleAds, MaxBounty, Affiliateer and NeverBlue. The all offer good CPA offers that pay you good money on average about a $1.50 for each lead( some information is given). They aren’t too hard to join and they have good affiliate managers that are always willing to help you out.

How to Reduce Your Pay Per Click Costs

If you have found your Pay Per Click marketing a very stressful, costly and useless process, if you think it would be impossible to make a profit through PPC advertising, if you are a bit tired of the game especially when it comes to more competitive markets; then you are not alone. Hopefully, your problem could be solved!

If you really want to save your business and make your marketing efforts more effective to bring you tons of profit, then you should think about reducing your PPC costs. Period!

Instead of selecting expensive products to increase your profit margins, you can simply lower your bids and avoid wasting a lot of money. That way, you would be able to increase your Return Of Investment (ROI) which means more profit. So, here is the question:

How To Reduce Your PPC Costs

In order to solve the problem, you will need to do the following steps. Trust me, it may seem complicated at the beginning, but once you get it, you will be able to lower your pay per click costs. Here you go:

1. Selecting Long-Tail Search Keywords:

There are two reasons behind selecting long tail keywords that may help you succeed in online marketing. First, the competition would not be too high which means lower minimum bids. Secondly, your Conversion Rate would be better because long-tail keywords are more targeted. So, avoid bidding on too broad or general keywords! It would not work.

2. Creating Keyword-Centric Ad Groups:

Creating relevant Ad Groups based on each keyword is the second step of building a successful advertising campaign. It may seem too time-consuming, but you would better create one Ad Group for each and every keyword.

That way, you would have a better control over your advert by using the specific keyword in the body of your ads. The results are amazing. You will get higher Click Through Rates (CTR) and better Quality Score which both will reduce your costs.

3. Writing Attention-Grabbing Headlines:

Believe it or not, an attractive headline would get more attention and entices the visitor to click through and see your offer. So, not only will you get a curious visitor to your landing page, but also will you achieve a higher Click Through Rate (CTR) which means pretty reduced costs. So, spend more time and write highly relevant and attention-grabbing headlines!

4. Using Landing Pages Focused On Each Keyword:

Again, it may look like a demanding job, but if you build your landing pages more relevant to your keywords, you will achieve two benefits. One is getting a higher Quality Score meaning lower costs and the other one is gaining better Conversion Rates meaning more profits for your business.

If people land on pages and see what they are searching for, they would simply take the needed action and convert to a customer. So, the users would be happy finding the thing they were looking for and you would be happy getting a customer and making a sale. But, it is the search engine that would become much happier than both of users and advertisers.

Since the customers will most likely come back again and use the search engine to get relevant results and advertisers will be willing to pay money for buying more sponsored ads, the search engines such as Google AdWords are willing to reward smart advertisers, people who can bring relevant results to customers. This reward can be translated as lower PPC costs for them. So, using a relevant landing page will always pay off.

5. Reducing Your Maximum Bids Manually:

Once you get a good CTR (normally more than 1%) and Great Quality Score after a few days, manually reduce your Maximum Bids for each keyword by 15% daily. That way, your costs will be lowered while you don´t lose your ad position and CTR. After a while, you have considerably reduced your advertising expenses.

Pay Per Click Advertising through search engines could bring you a lot of targeted traffic and if done properly, it could become a very cost-effective marketing method. While there are a lot of people losing a fortune on PPC media, you can be among the smart and winner marketers.

So, in order to increase your profit margins, you don´t need to sell highly-priced items on your landing pages. Instead, you have to find out how to reduce your Pay Per Click costs.

What Is Cost Per Action Marketing?

In this article I will explain to you what Cost Per Action Marketing is, how you earn commissions and why you may want to look at this form of Affiliate Marketing as a way to make money online.

So, What Is Cost Per Action Marketing? Cost Per Action Marketing, also known as “CPA Marketing” is a type of Affiliate Marketing that requires visitors to websites to complete certain actions, such as entering some contact information, (an email address for example) sign up for free trials or request a free product sample. Sometimes it involves asking the consumer to try a new product or service by making a small purchase. (Usually just small a shipping charge)

What this to means to you, as a promoter is you get paid for “actions” taken by the traffic you send to advertisers. For example, a company has a new product they are introducing. They agree to pay the promoters $3.00 for each visitor that submits their email address.

Your job is to send traffic to their site and then collect $3.00 for each visitor that enters their email address. Other promotions may need more information than just an email address or require an upfront payment, so they will pay more for an opt in. (More Information, More Money)

As a CPA Marketer your job is to just send traffic to the companies website. You basically buy traffic for their offer and send it their way and get paid for visitors that opt in. So in what you are in practice is a Traffic Broker. Sounds simple, doesn’t it? It can be, but it generally isn’t. Like anything else there are some tricks to learn.

If You are familiar with PPC or Cost Per Click, CPA is very similar as you pay for advertising your promotions, the difference is that with CPA you will normally pay for impressions “CM” which is 1000 views for a set rate per 1000 views instead of paying for each click. But just for example you may only pay $20 for 1000 views….

So if you have a good offer (Like something Free for just entering a email address or zip code) and you know everyone Loves Free Stuff. You can do really well with CPA Marketing.

Because CPA Marketing is so profitable, CPA marketing is very competitive for the beginner, it can be a long tough road trying to compete with affiliates making thousands of dollars a day, or even affiliates that make hundreds a day with CPA Marketing.

When your just getting started, your competition can be very hard. Many beginners simply give up when they figure out that CPA marketing isn’t going to make them rich overnight.

But before I scare you off, CPA Marketing can be one of the easiest methods for someone new to Internet Marketing to begin seeing profits as fast as possible.
